This fully automatic loading and unloading system is specially designed for beverage sterilization production lines, realizing unmanned material handling, feeding and discharging operations throughout the process. It matches the working rhythm of sterilization equipment perfectly and greatly improves production efficiency.

The system consists of conveying mechanism, automatic stacking and picking device, positioning module and intelligent control unit. Empty material baskets or filled beverage containers are automatically transported by conveyor belts. The mechanical structure accurately grabs and places products, steadily loads materials into the sterilization chamber, and completes sealed sterilization treatment following preset parameters. After sterilization finishes, the system automatically takes out finished products and transfers them to the next processing procedure.
