The sterilization retort design pressure is 0.35Mpa(3.5 kg), that is to say, the sterilization retort can withstand the max pressure of 0.35Mpa(3.5 kg). The corresponding max temperature is 147℃.

The using pressure of sterilization retort  :

The max use pressure of sterilization retort is generally 0.30Mpa(3.0 kg), and the corresponding max use temperature is 145℃. The opening pressure of the safety valve will be set to 0.30Mpa(3.0kg) when the pressure in the retort reaches 0.30Mpa(3.0kg), and the safety valve will automatically open to remove the pressure and protect the safety of the equipment.

The conventional use pressure of food sterilization retort is 0.15--0.22Mpa(1.5-2.2 kg), because the most commonly used max sterilization temperature of food sterilization is 121℃.
