Principle:

A one-drag-two water bath immersion retort sterilizer system typically consists of one shared heating water tank (or hot water preparation system) and two parallel sterilization vessels.During operation, water is preheated to the set temperature in the central tank. Then, via a pipeline and control system, the hot water is directed to one or alternated between both vessels, completely immersing the products in circulating hot water for uniform sterilization

   Its primary advantages are high efficiency and energy savings. Utilizing one heating system for two sterilization stations reduces initial equipment investment and floor space. The circulation and reuse of hot water significantly lower steam and water consumption.

 It also increases production capacity by allowing alternating sterilization cycles for the two vessels, minimizing heating wait times, making it suitable for large-scale continuous production, while ensuring even heat distribution and effective sterilization.
