Factory use and operation the food sterilization retort need to pay attention to matters

1. Non-professional operators or untrained personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the sterilization retort

2.  When the equipment is running,no one is allowed to stand in front of the retort.

3. When entering the retort to clean the products that fall off the pot, the warning sign "Someone in the pot,No operation " must be hung, and there is a special person to monitor.

4. Before each product is put into the retort, the operator must check whether there are people or other sundries in the retort, and push the product into the retort after confirming it is correct.

5.  After each product is put into the retort, must check the the sealing ring of the pot if it is damaged or out of groove.  After confirming that it is normal, the pot lock door can be closed.

6. When the equipment is running, the operator must  monitored on site, closely monitoring the operating status of the pressure gauge, water level gauge and safety valve, and dealing with any problems in time.

7. It is strictly prohibited to push the product into and out of the pot to prevent damage to the pipeline and temperature sensing.

8. If an alarm occurs during the machine running, the operator must quickly find out the cause and take corresponding measures.

9. When the operator hears the alarm indicating the end of operation, close the control switch in time, open the exhaust valve, and pay attention to the indication of pressure gauge and water level gauge. After confirming that the water level and pressure in the pot are zero, open the pot door.

10. Sterilizing retort is strictly prohibited to work when have any problems. If there is a problem, inform the equipment maintenance personnel in time.
