As the food processing factory,autoclave is an important equipment in our production.But do you really know how to use and maintain it?


1.1. The appearance of sterilizer and sterilizing room should be kept clean and dry.

1.2. The probe and water level meter should be cleaned regularly.

1.3 The door frame and rubber ring are not damaged, and the steam inlet cannot be blocked. It is best to apply talc to the strip after daily use. To prolong the life of the rubber strip.

1.4, the door interlock device should be flexible and reliable, open freely.

1.5. The trap is cleaned once a month to facilitate the discharge of cool air and maintain the temperature.

1.6, do not use pure water, ultra-pure water, distilled water and other water sources, easy to rust the cavity.



2. Maintenance cycle

After one year of use, the qualified testing department should be asked to do a comprehensive and systematic inspection every year. Including: Simplified, door, piping system, electrical system, etc. Safety valves, thermometers and pressure gauges should be checked regularly to ensure the safety and normal use of equipment.


3. Park

If it is parked for a long time, the equipment should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, not be rained on, and should be covered when necessary. The water in the steam generator should be drained, and the door should be open, and the sterilization room should be kept clean and dry.



4. Precautions for daily use

4.1 The sterilizer shall be operated by trained and qualified personnel, and the whole sterilization process shall be attended by special personnel.

4.2, can not completely rely on automatic water level protection, should often pay attention to the water level, so as not to burn out the electric heat pipe.

4.3. When adding water manually. First, cut off the power supply, open the vent valve 3 to relieve pressure, and then open the water inlet valve to add water. Do not open the inlet valve when the sandwich is under pressure. The vent valve should be open when water is added.

4.4 When the sterilization room is under pressure, the interlock handle cannot be lifted and the door cannot be forced to open.

4.5. Slow release steam after sterilization of liquid. When the liquid temperature drops below 70℃, the door can be opened. Do not open the door immediately after sterilization.

4.6 In the process of sterilization, if there is a power failure or other reasons caused by lower than the sterilization temperature, the time should start again when the temperature reaches the sterilization temperature.

4.7 Pull the safety valve handle several times a week when the sandwich is under pressure to ensure the normal operation of the safety valve.

4.8 After work every day, remove the shelf of the sterilizer, dry and sterilize with cloth, and keep the sterilization room dry.

4.9. Discharge the pressure of the hose inside the steam generator after work every day to reduce scale.

4.10. The equipment shall not be exposed when it is running. When it must be exposed, the protective frame shall be built to prevent rain.

4.11. Continuous use time should be less than 8 hours/day.
