① Water bath sterilization: composed of an upper hot water storage tank and a lower sterilization pot. The hot water storage tank is the same size as the sterilization pot. The hot water storage tank is preheated by steam (temperature controlled), and the softened water can be reused after sterilization. The recovered softened water is still hot water. During sterilization, the hot water is circulated through the sterilization pot and circulation pipeline using a circulating pump. At this time, the hot water storage tank is empty


② Steam sterilization: After food is loaded into a pot, it is directly heated by steam, and the steam is mixed with air through a circulation device to circulate in the sterilization kettle.


③ Spray sterilization: The upper tank is preheated in advance, and the softened water can be reused after sterilization. The recycled softened water is still hot water, containing a nozzle, which can be used to spray water separately, side spray, top spray, and full spray. The upper softened water falls behind, and the nozzle is used to spray the hot water into a mist like wave shape onto the surface of the food. Spray water mist to disperse the cold air masses inside the tank, ensuring uniform temperature without dead corners and cold air masses under the action of spray water mist
